I could just blame it on the full moon.  They say it brings out the 'crazy' in people.  Or, I could blame it on lack of sleep.  That definitely blurs a persons better sense of judgement.  Or maybe food sensitivity.  That's a good one.
Nevertheless, I wish I could just recover under a lovely set of mushrooms for a while.  So cozy.

He would hold the dainty tea cup steady on the table with his enormous hand while the other hand held a tiny silver spoon.   Stirring slowly.  The spoon hitting against the sides of the cup sounded like an orchestra of tiny bells playing the song of John's life... up till now.

I bought myself some bright pink shorts a couple of weeks ago because I thought they would help with my motivation with training for a marathon that I got tricked into doing.  My daughter was embarrassed to be seen with me wearing these flashy little works of art.  No matter, they indeed did the job.  I completed this very grueling marathon this past Saturday and blew the doors off of a very old woman nearly twice my age in the final stretch.  I looked sexy doing it too.
