I didn't realize it at the time I was drawing it, but YES, it is indeed a bit suggestive.  

The subconscious mind is like a wonderfully unabashed prepubescent entering into full hormonal swing at the local country fair in the spring.  Over stimulated and out of control until they inevitably vomit up a whole bunch of stuff,... thus revealing what was really in there all along.
